Discovered at a Baur au Lac Vins tasting, enjoyed it whilst minding Grischa. Perfume on the nose, interesting on the palate. — 2 months ago

Youthful, high acid with dark cherry, berry fruit — a month ago
This is my last bottle of this remarkable single vineyard Syrah, the first bottle consumed about 6 years ago.
The nose opens seamlessly with ripe plum, blueberry compote, and cassis before evolving into savory waves of smoked meat, dark cocoa, dried violet, and aged soy. The palate is full and silky, with a refined sweetness and integrated spice driving a long, savory finish. Still powerful but now balanced and restrained. In peak form. — 3 months ago
Really nice light and matured field like rising. Green apples, mibnt, ligt tobacco notes I aroma. Green apples, green peaches, pinch of sweet green grapes at palate. Medium accidity. Fresh but has a character. — 21 days ago
Oak on nose. Refreshing when cold. Light and fun. — 3 months ago
