Scented with red fruits and mealy complexity, the wine is rich and layered, the mousse is fine and soft and an absolute pleasure to drink! — 4 days ago

J.L. Chave Sélection Hermitage Blanche Marsanne Roussanne 2015

Toasted coconut, custard with white peach, wool, mallow, mango and a hint of coconut. Good mineral tension. Resonant, creamy. Fantastic texture, in a nice spot. I love how whenever I open a bottle of this, I have doubts on day one but by three or four they are a perfume factory. — 21 days ago

Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Strong and lovely black currants on the nose, just so lovely. On the pallet, multi layers of oak, dark skin fruits and tobacco. So complex yet very approachable. Well worth the price. Deep ruby color with long lasting legs. — 10 days ago

Ripe orange, mint, light caramel, and buttery glycerol. So smooth. So fresh. Mouth coating. Hidden but whispering florals; peony and violet(?) Interminable finish.

Nice grad. I’ve never even come across one.

Pouilly-Fuissé Chardonnay 2020

Apple, pear, citrus blossom, slight butter(malo), little toast, medium bodied and nice acid. I feel like they introduced a couple new barrels into the program for this vintage and let it go partially through malo. For someone who wants a fuller, toastier PF, I’d say this 2020 is your bottle for the price. — 25 days ago

Notes for 2019 are very similar, the newer barrels must still be noticeable. Or, maybe this is their new style for this bottling. 🤷‍♂️

Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Surprisingly for a grocery store pick-up this is drinking quite nicely! Nice balance, cherry, blackberry, mocha, floral and spice on the finish! — 16 days ago
