Very light color. Black cherries. Licorice. — 6 months ago
Solid Barbaresco. At this age, the tannins are mellow and the wine is ready to go. — 2 months ago
Very highly rated but i was unimpressed. No formal notes. — 3 months ago
Quite deep ruby , wide terracotta rim . Lighter and more elegant on the nose than the Starderi, porcini , lighter floral and slightly medicinal notes . On the palate rounder generous red fruits , with touch of liquorice , slightly medicinal notes . Quite sweet tannins , and refreshing acidity , good liquorice stained length. This too would benefit from a little more time 3-5 years perhaps , and will last well a further decade — 5 months ago
Tomato, strawberry, thyme, tarragon, dusty minerality, cherry blossom, rose, lavender. Zesty acidity and very soft fine grained tannins. Elegant.🌹 — 2 months ago
Huge aromas of blueberry, smoke, liquid minerals and smoke. Very tarry. A bit of heat. Palate is opulent and ripe with good intensity and richness. Acid is a bit low but it’s a good sip. Maybe will grow with air? I will be back. Acid becomes more pronounced with air and it gets more complex. — 3 months ago

First time trying wine from this Roagna vineyard and I’m smitten. Such a filigreed Nebbiolo and it was surprisingly open from the get-go. Perfumed, pure, and just brimming with nervy, stony energy. On the nose, it was a blast of roses, cherries, strawberries, crushed stones, and menthol, along with traces of rosemary and tar. Just so juicy, silky, and mineral on the palate. It felt delicate on a Nebbiolo-scale, but there was this forceful nature that was absolutely captivating. — 5 days ago
