Apple nose, melon and hint of tropical fruits, fresh. — 4 years ago
2021/3. Another new (to me) Chablis producer. I don’t have precise notes but remember liking this. The overall style seems clean and un-messed with, and I think it was a bit more structured than the Beauroy. — 5 years ago
Pretty, light apperetive sparkling wine with slight pourriture noble. Lovely. Cannot go wrong with this one. Bit in the shallow side. — 7 years ago
Really clean and bright. Lemon, some melon notes and a little green jalepeno flavor on the finish. A little mineral as well. Very refreshing! — 7 years ago
Aftern an oversulfured weinland amphora Riesling/they must have used some eggs to preserve the wine. This was savior but at a steep cost to the overall bill in Denmark. Sharo clean precise. Like a dagger 2022. Well executed. Lemon, hint key lime, limestone, unfortunately the wineglass was not heated properly and had this wet dog smell. It separates the michelins from the rest @

Fantastic white, perfectly paired with tapas: patatas braves, grilled octopus, crab cakes, shrimp…. Excellent. Salty minerality, pleasant zest on the nose, slight hint of apple. Loved it. — 3 years ago
2021/3. See also the note in the Fourchaume - I recall this being the slightly softer of the two. — 5 years ago

Crisp Chablis (Chardonnay) served with pasta at Rochambeau in Boston — 4 years ago
Nose has cool chamomile tea, beeswax, lemon peel, Bartlett pear and white flowers.
Palate has lemon curd, lemon zest, warm pear slice, creamy oak notes but not over done, great acidity and moist chalk on the lengthy finish.
A very nice wine, notes from +3H open, more restrained aromas than the Blanchot. — 5 years ago
2014 vintage. This historical estate with great terroir surrounded by famous neighbours like Angélus, Ausone, Pavie etc. is going from strength to strength after it was bought by Denise and Stephen Adams (also owners of Château L'Enclos in Pomerol and ADAMVS in Napa Valley). 2014 vintage. 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. Biodynamically farmed (since 2009, certification in 2020). Intriguing attractive nose with an amazing minerality, intertwined with cassis and a hint of truffle. In the mouth it is initially a bit severe, if classy. I would recommend decanting or taste it over several hours. After a few hours the fruit shines through compensating the tight tannic structure and the acidity. Built to age, I feel this will deserve a higher score in 5 or 6 years. It's a very classic restrained wine that definitely has an understated class. Nice value at under 50 euros if you like this style. — 6 years ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2005 pours a deep garnet/purple with an opaque core; medium+ viscosity with moderate staining of the tears and some sediment. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe and dried fruits: blackberry, black cherry, plum, pipe tobacco, purple flowers, cocoa, leather, organic earth and warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin (integrated) and medium acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. If you ever had an itch for some Right Bank Bordeaux, this will scratch that itch. Drink now through 2035. — 11 days ago
