Nose has cool chamomile tea, beeswax, lemon peel, Bartlett pear and white flowers.

Palate has lemon curd, lemon zest, warm pear slice, creamy oak notes but not over done, great acidity and moist chalk on the lengthy finish.

A very nice wine, notes from +3H open, more restrained aromas than the Blanchot.
