Skin contact with the most delicate, pink hue. A light vegetal quality adds interest to this carefree wine. Otherwise gentle on all fronts: acidity, mineral, RS, and fruit. Enjoyed more to gulp than with food. — 8 years ago
Orange funk…in a good way. — 10 months ago
Wow….Batard! Lucious powerful yet elegant…sip is a gulp! — 3 years ago
I love this wine. Sick sick sick density on the palate. Honey. Hint of tropical fruit. Very hinty ... not obnoxious. Great acidity. So perfectly balanced. Mineral as heck. Such clean minerality. Awesome internal aromatics. Balanced richness. Perfect. This wine is the next big thing. Buy it now or weep. Fass Selections. .... simply electric on the palate. The minerality and acidity just light your palate up. Nose is floral after an hour or so. This is so young. Anyone reading this PLEASE do not gulp it. This is serious wine. Drink over two hours — 8 years ago

Oh fuck yah mayhaps I’ll always overrate a gamay from a cru. Like god damn Fleurie. I dunno. All I know is I love a complex Gamay. So let’s suck it up:, the red/black/blue notes are in but be willing to gulp more. Let the licorice SPEAK! Love that licorice-y shit. Sup it up. — 9 years ago
Best we had in a while, out of the cellar and into a decanter.. really well balanced and quenching.. not too dry but finished with a bit of oak. Tremendous overall body and long windy flavor from sip to gulp, and then some after. — 6 years ago
Medium salmon color. Bright aromas of apricot are the primary focus. Simply perfect with grilled fish and grilled veggies salad (squash, tomato, eggplant, red pepper, fennel). Well balanced and so gulp-able, that my wife even had a second glass. — 7 years ago
I know it’s become a bit of a cliché...
It IS rather dear for a rosé...
The cult of Kermit and all that...
...but it remains a benchmark. It’s SUBSTANTIAL, for one, you don’t want to gulp it down, it’s 14% ABV and so marvelously complex. Nose is strawberries, herbs, brett. Palate is more strawberries, watermelon, slate, brett, moss, garrigue. Bitter finish with a bit of zing. It’s wild and untamed, yet sophisticated—Keith Richards in a tuxedo. — 8 years ago

Nice gulp juicy juice — 8 years ago
Initially smoky, ripe sweet tomatoes, slightly metallic, menthol and thyme. Elegant and very easy to gulp. Drink now. — 9 years ago
The nose will punch you in the face with black cherry and mushroom, I could smell this wine all day. Take a gulp and you'll taste a tannic tightness, a full body and just a medium complexity. The wine is pretty good but is probably best suited to be poured into one of those spray gun fans just so you can get that great nose all day and not get hammered drinking a 15% alcohol wine that's just OK. — 9 years ago
