Excellent bottle as there has been some bottle variance. This one still bright, clean minerally palate with lemon custard finish, citrus marmalade...no signs of tiring yet! :)

Pros, get over the higher alcohol stigma...this wine is powerful with finesse. Grown on hilly (45 degree) quarry rock (hence name La Carriere) this mineral packed wine has sharp lemon custard acidity. Great Chard in my humble opinion. One of the best in CA!

Minerally, spuce apple-pear and toasty oak. Lovely. Just a tad warm on the finish (15.5%).

Fantastic minerality, bright acidity along with an amazing rich texture and lees character. Incredible finish. Absolutely delicious.

Too big and warm and caramelly for my personal taste - and could probably use a little time to come together - but clearly a solid wine and likely great for folks with a different preference.

This is a masterpiece! 10 years of aging and more left in the tank. Drinking aged Peter Michael chards is a real treat!

Thank goodness for excellent Peter Michael chards! It is bloody hot and humid in Texas this week and the thought of a heavy red is unappealing but a great nuanced, non oaked, structured Chardonnay hits the spot! All smiles!

So good. Smooth with a lot of depth! Still has a lot of aging potential ahead of it.
