This - drink now wine was really not made for aging - !!!! was lost in my cellar. I have no system whatsoever and like surprises. Lots of acidity. Faint kerosine notes like in an aged Riesling. Lemon curd. Meyer lemon. Crushed partially oxidized apple pulp. After 1 hour and reaching RT profound apricot flavors and a touch bitter. A great wine for an at the time a ridiculous low price. Pretty amazing. Honey on the nose, low acid, some notes of muted tropical fruit on the palate, savory notes on the back end, pretty round full bodied finish. Such a lovely wine!! — 9 days ago
