2015 vintage, well balanced light yellow in colour, flint and beautiful long finish. Superb Chassagne. — 4 months ago
Nicely aromatic, with a spicy yet herbal bouquet. With a fruit aroma I can’t name. Reminds me of the ocean for some reason, so maybe a lemon and vanilla sunscreen aroma? Very smooth mouthfeel, with the spices and mellow lemon and minerals coming through. — 8 months ago
Bottled 10/2021. An old favorite not had in years. I remember this being fresher with more citrus, playful. This edition is maltier, not quite as lively. Still delicious and a good match with homemade shawarma. To paraphrase Fernand Point— is it Saison DuPont that has changed, or have I? — 2 years ago

2022 vintage. A blend of 90% Savagnin (aka Traminer) and 10% Chardonnay from the " Grandes Vignes" vineyard ( Eric Thill also produces a 100% Chardonnay from this plot). Indigenous yeasts. Aged 10 months in stainless steel. Very low in alcohol (12,5%, whereas the 2018 was 15%!). Nose needs some air, decanting recommended. Clean, fresh, with subtle spices enhancing the fruit. Very good length too. Paired with black Camargue rice, fennel, and duck. This wine works really well with fennel ( not the easiest vegetable to combine with wine). Another great effort from this excellent estate. — 7 days ago
