Dec 22nd, 2025Two years since last bottle from case. Slightly fruitier than I expected at first. Nice balance, as it warmed became really nice. Very mild oak, white blossoms.

Dec 24th, 2023Really balanced. Started to shine after it had been open a half hour and warned a bit. Saline up front with vanilla and mellow oak, floral notes, minerality, tree fruits. Delicious.
