Thanksgiving week with my in-laws.
Nose has crushed flint, unstruck wooden matches, pear skin, lightly oxidized green apple, lime peel and light barrel notes.
Palate has rich tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, ripe peach), brown butter, yellow apple, fresh brioche, saline and honey notes on the long finish. Outstanding bottle, fantastic as a Village wine can get.

Aroma of peach, white flower and nuance of minerals. Nice balance. — 2 days ago
Heavily reductive, flinty nose. Slightly underripe nectarine, Meyer lemon and white peach fruit with an herbaceous finish suggesting fresh tarragon and toasted hazelnuts. It’s going to be great, just needs to integrate some of the smoky lees and other reductive characteristics. — 20 days ago
Decent mid-weight white burgundy, but not all that exciting. Clean, crisp, nicely balanced but with absolutely no “wow”. You have to question the price/quality ratio with wines of this type. Kiss of death is almost no sense of “terroir” or place—- just another dry white! — 25 days ago
Quite subtle, was hoping for a bit more expression but will let it unfold and see what happens. Edit: well, it was from the Coravin so of course was closed at first, 15 min later and I am hit with peaches, white flowers and a host of complexity on the palate. Bumped to 9.1 — 20 days ago
