Hard not to go 94 here but with some time in cellar.
All the 22’s I’ve had to this point, stunning!
This is another amazing wine on entry. Elegant and all you expect and more at the level. Granny Smith apple, lime flesh w/ pith & zest, pineapple juice, white peach, tropical green melon, paraffin, waxy, excellent chalky powder, white spice, limestone powder, field of spring white flowers framed in jasmine, perfect acidity and a beautiful, well made & balanced finish that lasts nearly two-minutes and lands on chalk & spice. — 3 months ago
These champagnes simply do not miss. Clear salmon in color with particularly active, attractive bubbles. The nose is so immediately pleasing and oh so clean. All the red berries that you would expect along with semi sweet bread and rose water. Chalk is a superstar here.
One of the more impressive rosés I’ve tasted. Composed of 90/10 Chardonnay/Pinot Noir, this is a smoother champagne. Elegant and rather substantial, this has nice weight to it. Nicely restrained acidity throughout with the terroir singing.
Immensely drinkable and bright. Vibrant red fruits abound. Spice on the tongue that elevates this. And some exquisite chalkiness. That’s what truly makes this a top notch wine. I will definitely have to get more of this. — 2 months ago
Lots of green apple, lime, Meyer lemon, grapefruit w/ pith, pineapple, some white stone fruit, honeycomb, paraffin, almond silvers, greens, jasmine, high viscosity, round acidity and thick, round, full, well balanced, elegant finish that lasts a full minute. — 3 months ago
Delicious #chablispremiercru - likely built for the long haul but drinks splendidly young as well. Taut tartness up front on the palate, lemon layered on top of wet stone. Yum! — 4 months ago
