Good concentration. Nose of cherry, earth, herbs, and a hint of spice and chocolate. Rustic; great minerality. — 2 months ago
Beautiful. Strawberry shortcake, great minerality. — 3 months ago
Nice California Syrah. Fruit forward, with dark fruits and in particular blackberry, but still retains a savory backbone of black pepper and an almost gamey quality. Medium body and medium acidity, great with grilled food. — 8 months ago
This is really awesome, an incredible Ribera del Duero. Concentrated, but fresh. Fine tannins, and good acidity. Expressive fruit (berries and black cherry), spice, smoke, and aromatic herbs. Oak is subtle, and plays a supporting role here. Just brilliant - and a great wine with lamb or Latin food. — a month ago
Nice, archetypal Napa cab from mountain fruit. Cherry, plum, tobacco, spice, cedar. Tannins are firm, and the wine is on the rich side. It is oak-forward but it’s balanced. — 2 months ago
A bit muted and past its prime, but some nice cherry and spice. Medium
Bodied, medium acidity. — 8 months ago
Classic CdP and an iconic producer. Blackberry, dark fruits, herbs, spice, olive, earth. Full bodied, but low-to-medium tannins and great concentration. Fantastic with Mediterranean food. — a month ago
Such a great Ribera del duero and a good example of the region. Plum, fig, and generous earthy spice like coffee, licorice, and herbs. Brawny and rustic, with good concentration and absolutely awesome with Latin food. — 2 months ago
1989 - wow! Aged amazingly well, with fine tannins and nice acidity. Elegant. Mostly secondary notes of tobacco, eucalyptus, cinnamon spice, and a bit of vanilla. Some left over fruit in the background of the plum kind. Really great. — 4 months ago

Note this is a Sancerre rosé made from Pinot noir and not a white Sancerre. Beautiful, floral, white peaches and strawberries. Excellent acidity. A wonderful rosé. — 4 days ago
