Medium ruby medium plus intensity aromas of red cherry, cherry hard candy, pomegranate, red and black plum, chaparral, thyme, dry earth; dry, medium plus acid, medium rustic tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas; lovely and balanced — 23 days ago
Solid white Burgundy. Initially it is very tight, proper aeration and cold temp help enormously. Green straw color with white flowers, mist, wet stone and citrus scents of tangerine and grapefruit on the nose. The pallet follows the nose with bright bright acidity and a touch of honey on the slightly tannic finish. Couldn’t think of a more perfect pairing for PF Changs Kung Pao Chicken. — 9 days ago
Got to taste one of the best white wines in the world with the man who makes it — a month ago
Nez de noisettes, des fruits exotiques au nez comme en bouche sans être oxydé, l'acidité en retrait au départ s'ouvre ensuite pour en faire un bel ensemble fin, élégant, très long.
some hazelnuts and exotic fruit on the nose and palate with our being oxidized, just an older and more mature wine, the backward acidity comes out after a while to make a classy and fine bottle, very long and delicious. — 7 days ago
A 16th anniversary bottle, so vintage may have mattered more than the juice. Nose said Chablis plus oak. Surprisingly broad, sort of weighty with slightly lower acidity than expected. Ripe citrus, good backbone, enjoyable finish. Really good, yet a little disappointing, ya know? — a month ago
