Lemon curd & jasmine on the nose. Tastes like white gummy bear in the best way possible. Medium body. Happy tension. Nice spice on the finish. Perfect for an early fall pairing with smoky pancetta, white bean & chard on toasty sourdough. — 4 months ago
Quite rich & creamy with ripe white peach, orchard apples, a bit of white flowers and tangerine zest. A underlying mineral note adds complexity. There was some naphtha at the beginning, too.
Nice creamy mouthfeel with bright, juicy acidity and a bit of slaty, steely minerality. This has impeccable balance and superb purity. Great long finish, too. A lovely wine. — 4 months ago
Surprisingly rich & on the sweet side. Slightly reductive at the beginning, shows ripe peach & Mirabelle plums after some time with a pinch of pepper and muscat & bay leaf. On the palate with mid weight and spicy honey fruits + a bitter almond touch towards the finish. Nicely balanced and with good length. Slightly bland on its own but a surprising fit with Raclette.

Elegant pinot blanc with soft apple nose and good versatility with food, medium body. 2017 vintage. — 2 months ago
Pale Lemon in colour. Aromas of musk, Lychees and rose petals. On the palate rich with glacé fruits - but more spicy than sweet. A full bodied white for sure. A really great match with Chinese Pork and also Chicken Dumplings. I usually try and find an excuse to have a red wine with every dish - even fish (Pinot Noir) but sometimes a white is demanded as on this occasion. The word Nectar comes to mind. — 2 months ago
