At Rijks Pop up. Wine for third course but worked ok with first two (Albariño for first, another Spanish white for second). Classic Riesling nose and good balance with less sweetness than acids. Flinty crushed stone and brown spice give way to dried black cherries as the 2021 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley opens in the glass. This is round in feel with peppery wild berries and cooling acidity.
