Probably didn't do myself any favors by having a spicy/peppery zin and THEN trying this out. Wow. Talk about an all out assault on my taste buds! If you're opening this now, you're either A) opening it up with a few sprinkles of water or B) enjoying the firey heat that this is currently dishing out. I enjoy whiskey and bourbon, and though it was very hot at first, the finish on this is the best I've ever experienced from a whiskey or bourbon. Honey, caramel, Cedar with a smooth and lingering finish. A bucket list bourbon/whiskey!
