A blend of 75% Grenache, 10% each Mourvèdre and Syrah and 5% Cinsault. Medium Ruby with aromas of sweet black fruits and earthy pepper spice. On the palate complex flavors of cherry and blackberry, with notes if oak, leather and forest spice. Full body, well balanced with long finish, perfect now but will last another decade. Outstanding. — 6 days ago

Pop and pour. Well, wow, I should have bought more of this. On the nose: dense plum, strawberry, cinnamon, intense without being over the top. On the palate: tar, blackberry, charcoal, dense and dark fruited...so well-balanced, fantastic length and juiciness and the finely grained tannin sneaks up on the finish. — 9 days ago
One would think for a small vintage like 2007 this would be open now. Well its not. We decanted two hours before, which helped. Its a very classical VCC with all the tell tale Pomerol stuff in spades. Would wait another 3 to 5 years. Great stuff. — 15 days ago

Chenin Blanc in this style is always so pleasurable because of combining freshness from the vibrant acidity and mineralogy with the depth of its richness. After an hour, the intense goat cheese funk (rind) blew off and I was left with caramelized apples, honey-dipped almonds, fresh thyme, and a bit of salinity. — 12 days ago
