Well balanced flowery and citrusy. The after taste is minerally and caramaly and develops for a while. — 2 months ago
Champagne tasting 🍾: — 8 days ago
Blend of 80% Mourvèdre, 15% Grenache and 5% Cinsault, deep Ruby red color with aromas of ripe dark fruits, dried herbs and earthy spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry, ripe black cherry and currants with black pepper, cacao and earth notes, vivid acidity nice structure. Fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit and herb spice character. Good now. Will age! — 2 months ago

2018 vintage. Double decanted and tasted after one hour at approx 59-60 degrees. Medium Chablis body. Lilacs, lemon curd, minerals aplenty along with a slightly curious, white pepper, finishing splash. Obviously too soon as this could easily stretch two decades. Saying this as a decided Chablis non-fan but this was arguably the best white (sparkling or flat) I've had in quite a spell. Le woof. 10.25.25. — 5 days ago
