Blend of 45% Grenache Blanc, 30% Clairette, 20% Bourboulenc and 5% barrel-fermented Roussanne, pale lemon color with aromas of green and stone fruits with citrus and honey notes. On the palate flavors of apricot, apple, peach and pear, crisp with good balance of acid, still fresh and lively. The medium+ finish is tangy with smoky, nutty earthy ending. Good now, some age will benefit the wine! Nice! Be sure not to over chill as you will lose out on all of the complex flavors and aromas. — a month ago
