Loved this Rosé! Mellow, round, not too acidic, not sweet other than a little fruitiness. My kind of Rosé. — 7 days ago

Had no idea if this would be drinkable. Cork looked pretty good. Opened and drank over about 90mins. Was nervous that it would die after too much air but it did evolve in a decent way over time. Lots of sediment. It’s drinkable and pretty good.
overripe strawberry and mr bubble. A lil bit of mentos.
Lots of tar, tobacco, menthol. Prob wouldn’t guess 1995 as the vintage...more fruit than expected.
I think this is Cab/Syrah but I’m not sure? — a month ago
Good old fully mature Rhône blend still with lingering notes of wood and hints of tannin but all in balance and great with the steak and next night ribs dinners. Dark red fruits and earth medium body good finish. — 3 days ago
Almost sublime. Less minerality than some of the Bandol Roses. The grape quality is perfectly ripe and pure, perfectly judged amount of extraction. A rare combination of aromatic potential and dynamic structure. Has the Burgundian sense of flavor depth and convergence. — 15 days ago
Summertime favorite — 10 days ago
This is real rose, it is what Provence rose should be!!!! It is apples, berries and a bit of bitterness in a good way for the finish. It is sophisticated Ros’e. It may not be for everyone’s palate if you want something that is simple and sweet, it’s dry and sophisticated. — 13 days ago
