Coteaux D’aix En Provence

Domaine Tour Campanets

Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé

That was a no brainer. Picked this one up for the store without a second thought! A pretty nose of wild strawberries. The palate is delicate with more wild strawberries plus white peach and a clean, mineral finish. Oh, and it’s organic. Oh, and it’s a woman winemaker. — 7 days ago

Rouge Vin de Pays des Bouches-du-Rhône Cabernet-Syrah Blend 2011

Lesser year, drunk at 8 years and it was bang on the money. Elegance and power. My favourite producer bar none. — 12 days ago

Château Paradis

Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Red Blend 2015

This red blend is balanced, with firm tannins. A blend of Cab Sauv, Syrah, and Grenache. Dark intense colour, with full nose of black currant, cherry and strawberry, in the mid palette. Has a wonderful long finish. Truly needs time for tannins to soften, but this bottle will drink well until 2026... — a month ago

A delicious fruit forward rose with a raspberry nose, although not as delicate as I would have expected from Provence. — 22 days ago

Château Miraval

Côtes de Provence Rosé Blend 2017

It is not only the first real sunny day in our garden that makes this a good rosé. It is simply well made. Beautiful pale as Provence rosés are. Some flowers like roses and strawberries in the nose. Tastes simply excellent. If you can buy it for the right price it is in my opinion a very good glass of wine. — 16 days ago
