Drinking the 2018 in 2025. Thin legs. Light and fruit forward bouquet. Berry and deep ripe fruit notes. Light flavors with a slightly dry finish. Smooth on the tongue with a balance of dark fruit and berry flavors. Slightly tannic finish. — 4 months ago
Initially slightly green/stemmy, but integrated over time - roses and rose hips, bright red fruit and acid, linear and bright ✨ — 6 months ago
Fabulous Chablis, served with poached lobster at The River Café, Water St., Brooklyn, NY — 2 months ago
This is a rosé blend of 68% Granache, 28% Mourvèdre, 3% Vermentino, and 1% Counoise, that delivers a full tradition of Provence with a fruit sourced from the 9 top Tablas Creek Rhône-styled vineyards in Paso Robles AVA. It provides a bright strawberry fruit, a hint of rose petals and lemongrass notes on the nose.
As for the palate, it gets stimulated with an amazing fresh acidity all combined with some soft spices, mandarin peel, fresh apricot, and unripe berries. The mouthfeel has a subtle peachy tones on the mid-range and grapefruit with some light salinity by the back-end. Joyful wine to welcome summer! — 2 months ago
