12/2024. Sits so well on the palate. Full flavor and not over powering with cherry. My favorite Pinot. Paired so well with my NYE dinner at Hall’s Chophouse.

I would say this bottle sold on release for either side of $25. At this point, stunning with Chateaubriand.
This is at its peak. Excellent integration & evolution. It’s in its stupid faze.

Great base-level CdR from the negociant side of Chave. Floral and high toned fruit on the nose, red fruit and a bit of pepper on the finish. Some good typical spice. Decent finish. Slightly high alcohol. Probably has some upside with aging. — 6 days ago

This is a very young Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley in France.
I had a few vintages of this wine and it is definitely better with age. Needs 5 years in the bottle to mature properly, but starting to drink nicely now.
This 9 year old Sauvignon Blanc drinks very fresh and young. Elegant and easy drinking.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 45 minutes of airtime.
Good by itself or with food.
13% alcohol by volume.

Fruit fading but still there with a long satisfying finish on the palates — 3 days ago
very nice everyday cab from a reliable producer. Enjoyed much more on second day after much airing. Balanced with nice ripe berry flavors but missing the tannins punch. — 2 months ago
Bob McDonald
We had this a few days ago and I misplaced my notes. Citrus mineral and intensity I recall. Probably committing infanticide drinking this now but there were good reasons to. Firstly our son and wife plus our daughter home for Christmas from New York and secondly my retirement after 53 years at McDonald Group. — 12 days ago
