Initially nice with red fruits, opening up with more forest floor after about 15 mins. 30 mins later, the heat of the vintage comes out. So, really enjoyable, but only for a pretty narrow window of time. — a month ago

Hot tub-! Meaning, Macon in the hot tub. Which also means that any wine tasted in hot tub conditions deserves better, & at least some recognition the hot tub distorts. Still, a lithe, Meyer lemon & mineral palate. Helps actually to be in, yes, the hot tub to loosen up the dimensionality. Would go back to this. — 5 months ago

This 2022 is next level. Have had several Rhône whites recently and this is a standard bearer. So focused. About editing and restraint with subtle hints of this and that without hitting you over the with anything. Dominated by Rousanne which explains its elegance and subtlety. Has a honeyed fresh slightly poached apricot and apple combo with whiffs of baking spices. Great Lacey quartz structure. Beguiling.. perfect with scallops, acorn squash and rice pilaf — 2 months ago

Depth and concentration, this bottle is an ode to south saint joseph wines, with great balance and complexity. To achieve a better grade I need more finesse, but the vintages is also like that — 19 days ago
