Brought back from a trip to Australia. to create Étoile our wine makers delve into our remarkable library of Vintage brut, drawing together eight exceptional vintages, each layering a distinctive chapter to build depth, texture, aroma, and lingering flavors. We raise sparkling wine to new heights with a quintessential Australian exuberance that shows our love of place and possibility. Back Label. Nice work! — 6 months ago

[35% Tempranillo, 28% Grenache, 21% Tannat, 14% Syrah, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon] Still dark purple color, dark fruit and earthy aromas and flavors, some nice depth and balance and also lots of structure, I’d call this quite an unique Sierra Foothills red due to the cepage, seems like it will last quite a while, kudos to Hank!! — 10 months ago
