Cracked into a bottle from last visit to Napa. I am such a fan off all the Gamble family wines. Such a smooth bottle with a fantastic oaky finish. Tastes even better once it’s breathed a little. Serve me a bottle of this before I die and I’ll die with a smile on my face. — 2 months ago
I purchased the bottle specifically for paring with spicy hot pot as I rarely drink sweet Champaign and wanted to give it a try.
Beautiful nose of blackcurrant, raspberry, ripe strawberry, orange peel, chalk, and hint of warm spices. Fine persistent mellow mouse. Acidity can barely keep up with the 45g dosage. There is pomelo-like bitterness to keep the sweetness in check as well.
Too sweet for me to drink on its own, but it was a fantastic pairing.

We are drinking this on our anniversary in Cornwall. Loving it 🩷 — 2 months ago
Waited a year to open this bottle in celebration of my wife and I’s wedding anniversary. Raspberry, strawberry, tart, smooth, yet slightly acidic. Might be biased due to the occasion, but this bottle is really amazing! Happy anniversary to my beautiful bride ❤️ — 2 months ago
Delicate bubbles, honeysuckle brioche notes. Perfectly delicious for Helen’s wedding day toast — 2 months ago
Terrific red wine from the La Clarine Estate vineyard, reminds me a little of Domaine de Trevallon (Cab and Syrah, though here other grapes as well), big and rich still, showing just a tad of mature notes, long, persistent finish, hides its 14.5% ABV well, kudos to Hank!! — 2 months ago

In a great spot. Tannins resolving and fruit still strong. With Jo-Jo and family. — 8 days ago
