Jessie James Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021

Lyle Fass
9.5

Gorgeous and best JJ ever. Nose is full of mid season cherries, spice, gentle wood shavings from woodshop when one was a kid. Really aromatic and alluring. Really huge spice. So so aromatic and casts a spell on you. Palate is so juicy and full of life. Sweet and sour cherry fruit and big time acids and wonderful structure and purity. This needs mega mega air. The sweetness on the finish and mid is to just die for and then gets tamed by the incredible acidity and mineral spine. — 3 days ago

Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2022

Consumed 01/2024. Did not have it with any food, just sipped on it by itself. The bottle describes it as bright with complex fruit, subtle spices and silky, refined tannins. 13.9 % ALC by VOL — 2 months ago

Château Gloria Saint-Julien Red Bordeaux Blend 2019

Reliable, delicious, and reasonable. Slightly on the fruitier end of the Bordeaux spectrum - gorgeous blackberry, plum and cassis, balanced by delicious chocolate, exotic tobacco, and good spice. Good acidity provides incredible length. Always amazing for the price. — a month ago
