2022 vintage. Pedesclaux becomes better and better, and that is also reflected in the second wine. Fleur de Pedesclaux is usually dominated by Merlot, but this 2022 is 49% Merlot, 46% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot. Therefore, it shows a more typical Pauillac character than before, with black fruit (cassis, blackberries), some smokiness, a powerful structure, and serious length. Abv. 14%. Even better the next day. Should age beautifully. — a month ago
Good. Chateau La Fleur de Bouard Chardonnay 21 @8470, Pieroth, 241115 — a month ago
When the weather gets colder sometimes I drink Bordeaux. Probably one of the best vintages for the Château along with ‘82, and it’s in a great spot. Classic mature Paulliac with terrific complexity, an alluring sweetness and long, balanced finish with fully resolved, silky tannins. Fully open and giving. — a month ago
Rich, ruby. I liked.. Bought at Enoteca for ¥5,148.

Picked up a 2012 at Wine House for $60 on 12/21/2024
One of the best wines I’ve tasted all year especially in the sub $100 price range
Smells like fertilizer and funk (in a good way) but tastes like blackberries and cherries with hints of soil — 2 days ago
