The extraordinarily high acid levels have started to mellow and this wine is now starting to show its potential. Outstanding!

Elegant and vibrant with green apple citrus and white flowers . Still very primary just give it 5 or more years and it will be a beauty when the secondaries start to develop.

We thought this would give the Comtes a run for its money, it did not. Same year and we were all disappointed. Was it the year? The bottle? Something else? Something muffled the incredible flavor profile of this champagne - trying it again 2 hours later it was better, but still a far cry from the Comtes. We’ll have to try that again soon to determine whether we just had an off bottle

Brioche, lemon zest in this rich winner. A champs that could pair with a myriad of dishes.
2008 is a brilliant vintage.

This needs time in the glass and time in the bottle. Very pretty, just in a subtle place right now.
