My first Priorat ever! Ripe black fruits, spice and floral notes. Dark chocolate, smoked wood and forest floor on the nose and palate. Is it wrong to say it’s like a Spanish Chateauneuf du Pape? This is a great wine and wish I had more than one bottle! — a month ago
Sour cherry, rosemary and dry origano
The palate is liquorice and long. I love it.
Great balance. — 12 days ago
Fruity. Smooth. Not my usual but I like. — 19 days ago
Decent. Too Light a body. Didnt like the tannins. Not a full blown barolo.
Would not repeat purely because there are so many better barolos around. — 10 days ago
I like Barberas like this one. A nice find but don’t know where I bought it. Has all the smoothness balance medium+body dark berry flavor taste tannins acidity in sync for the top tier of the class. 2019, will drink again.. — 13 days ago
We had the 1997 Vintage on 10/17/21. Burnt orange in color. Raspberry, wood and camphor on the bouquet. Strawberry, leather cherry and spice on the palate. A medium bodied wine, well balanced with fine tannins. A joy to drink such an aged wine. — 2 days ago
