This is just lovely…
Lemonzest, red apples, wet rocks. Delicate hints of ginger, candyshop and matchstick. Really like the balance of acidic freshness, some richness in the mid palate and citrus bitters in the very long and chalky dry finish.

Fruit is mostly gone (as expected) but this is still thrilling even this late in its life. Soy sauce and umami-laden nose and palate. While the wine leans quite savory it is still lifted and ethereal. A great learning experience. — 5 years ago

2025 vintage. Sense of place, balance and harmony. What I generally like about Sancerre blanc written would fill the entirety of your thumbnail. Had a bottle 66 weeks ago - this is my last bottle. White florals. The palate is delicate, restrained and polished. After a while sweet fruit but undeniably more citrus than stone fruit. The finish shows cleansing citric acid with a touch of salinity. The same notes the following night. 2017 - a good year for white burgundy. — 2 years ago
