Highlight of the night!! Decanted for 1 hours since Bev’s keeps their white wines way too cold. A little petrol followed by candied peaches and fresh cardamom. — 25 days ago
Blackberry, game, iron. Very refined and aging very nicely. Definitely another 5-10 years easy! — 2 months ago

Katamata olive brine, wet stone and game — 9 days ago
Smelled way better than it tasted. Perfumed flowers, raspberries, baking spices, and a touch of oak. Bright acidity firm tannins however there was a lingering bitterness on the finish. Wine was decanted for a few hours so might have been better with more. Definitely tightly wound still would probably be better in 5-10 years. — 25 days ago
Soft and a bit sweet probably due to the high alcohol. But not bad for a 19 year old Pinot from a very warm year for the Willamette Valley. — 7 days ago
