Beautiful Cru Beaujolais! Bright garnet color. Aromas of red cherry, raspberry, red and purple flowers and freshly tilled earth. Red fruit (cherry, raspberry, currant) flavors on the pallet with minerals galore. As the wine aerates, sour cranberry comes to the fore. Hint of grilled herbs on the spicy and pleasantly musty finish. Bristling (tongue tingling) acidity. Have to believe that this one was aged in concrete. Carbonic Maceration?
