Bought a case at the outset of Covid 2020. This wine kept us until tonight...our last bottle...Sept. 19th 2020. Every bottle holds a memory. Tonight paired with a fettuccini primavera in a garlic/red pepper cream sauce. A chill in the air dining al fresco, but this wine continues to deliver. Light minerality. A touch of salinity. Crisp apple, honeysuckle and pear. Perfectly balanced. Can’t wait for the next vintage. — 2 years ago
We love this Petit Chablis…the Chablis by this same winemaker is equally good and drinks so similarly this is the better deal for a few dollars less. Minerality, salinity. But of petrol. Crisp. Citrus. Perfectly balanced. French Chardonnay is the way to go. — 9 months ago
Very nice. ‘Classic’ Chianti. Dry, spice, balanced. Minerality. Paired with Brussel sprouts and cheese flatbread. — 2 years ago
Ripe cherries, almost candied. White pepper on the back. Floral. Violette. Slight grapefruit. Very well balanced! Drink slightly chilled. — 9 months ago
Phenomenal. Very pleasantly surprised. Big, robust, dried cherries plum/prune. Hint of oak. Paired with a spaghetti bolognese. Definitely headed back for more!! — 2 years ago
