Very nice Primitivo from the Puglia/Salento region. Dark ruby color. Paires wonderfully with Southern Italian food, but will go well with a variety of foods. Drank November 2025 — 9 months ago

Needs a little bit of air. Red fruit that at first seems over extracted and then mellows a bit to reveal some mushroom earthy notes — a year ago

Nose - Plum, candied orange, peat moss and wood. Mouthfeel - Velvety smooth up front, ending in a subtle pleasant astringency. Main flavors - Stone fruit and earth with a delicate acidic ending with a touch of dryness, like you get when you lick the pit of a nectarine, peach or plum. Overall - a gorgeously complex and lovely Pinot!! 1 million out of 10! — a month ago
