2006 CdP showed really well with Christmas dinner. Nicely aged and showing good complexity.The nose showed aromas of raspberry, blackberry, coffee, tobacco, leather, dried herbs de Provence, and Christmas spice. The palate was well structured, with nice weight and well integrated tannin that led to a long finish. Paired nicely with our prime rib roast. — 3 years ago
