Our first Aubert
Popped young but had to see if the hype was real
It's totally legit. Flinty, honeysuckle, lemon curd, tropical fruits peeking through, cardamom and clove, wet rock, electric mouth feel. Focused yet expansive on the palate and an everlasting finish.
After a double decant and 2 hours. Can't wait to age our other bottles. — 16 days ago
Another dinner favorite in my house. Smooth finish. 🍷 — 6 days ago
Lively, peach and strawberry whirling about. Good fun anytime. — a month ago
Easing my way back into reds with this “house espresso blend” style chilled red.
Missed the musky perfume of carignan. Aromas of cedar wood and peppercorns. Black cherries and grapefruit.
Sharp and fruity. Juicy and refreshing. Even a bit astringent, which I kind of like. — 10 days ago
Really smooth but flavorful Malbec. Drank with ribs and beans leftovers at garden city house. — 8 days ago
