There are few Cali chards that compare to this. Outstanding presentation in every way.

So pure and multi-layered with that cotton candy thing on the tail…just phenomenal.

Lovely and crisp, good apple on the nose with long and smooth finish

Our first Aubert

Popped young but had to see if the hype was real

It's totally legit. Flinty, honeysuckle, lemon curd, tropical fruits peeking through, cardamom and clove, wet rock, electric mouth feel. Focused yet expansive on the palate and an everlasting finish.

After a double decant and 2 hours. Can't wait to age our other bottles.
