Graticciaia Salento Negroamaro 2013

Puglia negroamaro made in the same way as amarone! Not too sweet nor heavy, quite fresh with beautiful fruit and enough acidity. Good bottle of wine! — 13 days ago

Azienda Vinicola I Pastini

Rampone Minutolo Valle d'Itria Fiano 2020

100% Minutolo from Puglia, light white with floral & lemon dominating with stony / almost wooly minerality. slight grapefruit notes as well. Reminds me of a cross between Sauv Blanc’s citrus, Chenin’s minerality, and Torrontes’ floral notes. Lighter than all those though, with medium acidity — 11 days ago

Pleasure wine, light (11,5) little tannins and not filtered. Original and digest. Rafraîchi, it's drinking very well. One litre size well thought out.

Sasseo Salento Primitivo 2015

Bellissimo! What a stunner! Caught me off guard as I’ve had several wines from this producer - this was a whole other level (exceptional vintage): inky really inky and right out of the bottle tons of blackberry compote, plum pudding all drenched in sweet spice cake. Liqueur/macerated fruit, gobs of black fruit & hint of black pepper. On the palate it was gorgeous, full rich smooth luxurious echoing nose and just to generous thru finish. At $18 this QPR is insane. — 18 days ago

I Parieti

Puglia Primitivo 2019

I started to open my Puglia stash I brought home from holidays. This is the first vintage of a winery which started in 2019 in Gioia delle Colle. Insane how good this Primitivo tasted. Only 600 bottles were produced. Very fruity and round but due to the higher elavation quite some acidity that adds freshness. A winery to keep an eye on in the coming years — a month ago
