After a 30 minute decant/aeration, the energetic and tightly knit 2015 Palazzo Reserva displays an attractive redberry/garnet appearance. Unfortunately, it is aromatically subdued, with flavors also reflecting that restrained stance.
Overall, it is medium/full, firmly structured with a good balance of tangy acidity and spicy tannins at the long finish. It may come around with more time in the decanter … or more time on the shelf for the additional bottle that I possess.

Very nice but obviously will be better in a couple years. With a bunch of air it is still quite nice now. Generally feel these wines are an excellent value and quite typical of good Barolo. Nice with a dinner of two stuffed pasta - one stuffed with prosciutto and one with braised beef. — 7 months ago
