The nose is really superb, between bright notes of fruit (citrus fruits, apricot stones), barrel notes. Lively mouth, beautiful minerality, gunstone, notes of onion, poultry. Balanced, well-built body. Superb finish also, bringing together the tasting bouquet. Nice pleasure!

Le nez est vraiment superbe, entre notes vives de fruits (agrumes, noyaux d’abricot), notes de fût. Bouche vive, belle minéralité, pierre à fusil, des notes d’oignon, volaille. Corp équilibré, bien construit. Finale superbe également, réunissant le bouquet de dégustation. Beau plaisir!

Last of the three bottles. Quite oxidative notes. Very low minerality and even sweet.
V. Good wine but will definetly not hold it so long next time. Max 5-6 years.

Pale yellow with aromas of ripe white stone and citrus fruits with dried floral grassy notes, aged on lees for 5 months. On the palate flavors of rich apple and lemon with crisp acidity and pronounced mineral notes. Medium+ finish, ending with creamy citrus, herb and flinty mineral character. This is a very tasty Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley.

Lighter on the nose and dry on the palate, with medium plus acidity.

Showing limes, citrus, green apples, grapefruits, light earth and white pepper.

Showing nice complexity with a soft mouthfeel. Juicy and entertaining.

Better on the palate and simpler the nose.

Nicely balanced, crisp and refreshing, and good by itself or with food. A good party wine too.

I paired it with fresh oysters.

91 points.
