Beautiful dry sav blanc, and a fantastic value! Crisp, crystalline color with notes of green apple, sharp minerality, and a slight note of baked goods on the nose. Light bodied, with sharp crispness and acidity that tingles long after the first sip, with notes of lime rind, crisp green apple, white peach, and wet stone. The lime acid is very prominent!
