Needs about 2 hours of air. Great nose of flint, baking spice, sweet cranberries, plums, white pepper. Palate is well balanced with similar flavors maybe more savory than baking spice. I get some fennel and more types of pepper. Good fruit throughout but more dark and tart. Impressed. — 17 days ago
Was not supposed to age for 2 extra years, but wow I’d this still fresh. Some great herbs, strawberry, artichoke, parts of this have herbs found in a good Italian bitters. Maybe gentian? I love it. So good with food. What a unique wine. — 3 months ago
Didn’t think much of it on day one, corked up and forgot about it with busy schedule. Day 3 figured its time to dump, but tried a glass before hand, it was pretty good. I’m continuously surprised by this winery — 12 days ago
