Opens like a Savennières, three hours later it’s creamier and rounder like a lemon Meringue pie. Ripe apricot, honey, beeswax, chive, acacia, lemon, cream Fraiche, lemon pie, stony minerality, richly textured on the palate with the right amount of phenolics and an ultra long and pleasing finish. Such a lovely wine!! Elevated acidity. Medium gold in color. — 9 days ago
Medium gold. Heavy in the glass. Gorgeous nose. Notes of sea breeze, sea shells, wet stones, white acacia flowers and some honey. Massive fruit and acidity in the mouth. Great texture and mouth feel. Everything you could ask for in a Chablis… ready to drink now but easily has 10+ years in front of it. Loved this! — 2 months ago
Light gold with a petrol and stone dominated nose... Bright fruit, with citrus, pear and kiwi notes. Floral with white acacia notes too. Incredible power and impact in the mouth. Long finish. Still very youthful. I guessed Coche. A rock star wine just starting out on its tour! — a month ago
Pure cortese grape, typically from south Piedmont!
Grown on sandy terrain, macerated three days, then spontaneously fermented. Matured in Acacia cask, unfiltered. Very dynamic, citrus, herbs, perfect balance, sandy and chalk notes.

Pale lemon in color with a green hint.
Fruity nose of citrus, lemons, grapefruits, green apples, spices, tangerine and bitter herbs.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity. Crisp and refreshing.
Dry on the palate with grapefruits, limes, lemons, green apples, bitter herbs, spices, light earth and white pepper.
Tangy finish with limes and almonds.
This is a nice Albariño from the Central Coast. Easy drinking, very refreshing and tangy.
Needs a couple of minutes to open up, and better when not too cold.
A good quality wine and good by itself or with food. I paired it with fresh berries, cheeses and crackers.
Albariño grapes were fermented in Acacia barrels. A small production of only 276 cases made.
14.2% alcohol by volume.

That is a big Pinot. Smooth, dark, and bursting with fruit. Not delicate at all. — 2 months ago
