Gorgeous Pinot. Well-balanced fruit, tannins, vanilla and slight oak. V nice! — 2 years ago
Day 1: No decanting, on the nose this is tangy and fruity but tart. On the pallet, fruity light but dry. Has brightness to it as well. Overall I enjoyed this wine but not my favorite. — 6 months ago
Full bodied and dynamic Cab, heavy aromas of blackberry currant, spice, and plum, initially chewy on the palate but opened up nicely after 30 minutes; paired well with pasta. — 7 months ago
Yet another outstanding vintage (2020) of this consistently excellent Co-Op produced Barbaresco. Aromas of red fruit, dried rose petals and anise. Flavors of bright red cherry and raspberry fruit, mint, Asian spices, minerals and orange zest. Long and earthy/smoky finish. Fantastic balance, structure and depth. Fine grained tannins and a silky texture yet still firm and powerful. So delicious now, but built to age for at least another decade. The quality consistency of this wine vintage to vintage is incredible. Outstanding value! Thanks so much for opening this one, Keith S! Happy 60th Birthday, Karyn! — 2 months ago

Light in color. Very herbal. Otherwise quite close in the taste profile to the Buntsandstein of the same vintage. There is some cherry here, hint orange zest. Sweet Pinot fruit. Touch bitter. Again like the other E&M big boys. Not fully convinced. — 21 days ago
