Grapes from small Paso Robles AVAs blocks, aged in 75% new oak for 18 mos. Dark Ruby, aromas of sweet ripe black fruits & dried smoky tobacco spices. On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry, blueberry, sweet cacao, espresso & vanilla oak. A big wine, fine tannins, long fruit finish ending with vanilla overwhelming fruit. 15% ABV has slight burn.

New vintage - same beautiful cab. In fact I think it’s even better now. Jumping right out of the bottle, no decanting necessary. Easily beats any Napa cab that costs twice as much.

Wonderful fruity aroma, rich sweet flavor, hint of spice and cloves, intense mouthfeel. Great on its own or with chocolate.

Rich scent of coffee on the nose. Vanilla, black cherry, smoke, and a touch of coffee on the palette. Dark and big but the spice and oak aren’t too harsh.
