Really like sparkling wines, I had in the fridge to celebrate the new year a Lambrusco Grasparossa Di Castalvetro, but at the last moment my wife told me "we have to toast with a white sparkling wine, it's better for the universe...", so I looked for this Champagne, not disappointed in absolut, excellent blend of three grapes varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier & Chardonnay, we pair it with strawberries, blueberries and table grapes. I would have rated #cloudybay #sauvignonblanc #nzwine #nzwines higher because it's truly enjoyable, if it weren't for the price. Here in Spain it's 29€ that's #bonkers also I think it's one of those #wines where it's so intense, it's kind of difficult to pair — 2 years ago

No soy muy aficionado a los Cabernet Sauvignon, siempre me han parecido muy cargados sobretodo en boca, pesados, será por eso que con carnes van muy bien, a mi más bien me gustan los vinos ligeros, frutados, especiados, muy sutiles en el paso por barricas, en fin… son gustos de cada quien, aunque debo decir que este vino en particular es más ligero, lo degustamos con parrilla de carne a discreción, no hay duda el Cabernet Sauvignon se luce y armoniza muy bien saludos #wine #wines #winelovers #piscopremium #piscosour #pisco #10añosdeamoralpisco — 2 months ago

Another italian wine... something I love of these kind of wines are there aromas, spicy, pepper, raspberry, cherry, plum, and in mouth they always repeat it, spicy, intense, fruity, balanced, we pair it on saturday night with sandwiches, a recipe of my own, here is: wholemeal bread, spread the inside with Dijon (white mustard), slice of peruvian country-style seasoned ham, we call it "jamon del pais", slice of cheese can be gouda or edam, that's it, enjoy it! wonderful wine. 50/50 #garnachapeluda and #garnacha machine harvested from 50+ year old vines that began as bush vines and that were later trained on clay and stony soil in the village of Aguarón in Cariñena. 1600 numbered bottles. @vinosdelviento means #wind #wines and it's due to the strong presence of the #Cierzo winds that blow in this region. Clear and bright medium ruby red, light stain, medium tears, medium viscosity, clean powerful aromas of ripe raspberry, strawberry and cranberry with herbal touches of fennel and tea and alcohol. No oak. Dry, medium tannin, medium plus acidity, high alcohol, medium body, round texture, well balanced with an almost candy like sensation of wild berries, medium complexity, long finish. Warm climate, can age for the next 1-3 years. I would have given it a 10 because it's my wine, but on a technical level it's a solid 9.2 It will be available as of late September 2016 in the US with PR Selections — 2 years ago
