Spectacular! A cornucopia of spices and stewed fruits, layers and layers of flavor on the background of typical Yarra Yering volatility and balanced acidity. — a month ago
Labeled Champs de Cherises Single Vineyard.
Very good, but I find it less focused and complete than the Appellation they produce.
Still absolutely above the average chardy.
Not overly oaky, you can feel the determined expression of the site with an unusual red little berry on the nose as a peculiarity. — 20 days ago
The 2017 Luke Lambert is gorgeous, showing all of the best qualities of Nebbiolo, while presenting a primary and sun-kissed expression from Down Under. The color is classic, translucent ruby, as aromas of crushed cherries, strawberries, dusty cedar and wild herbs lift from the glass. There’s the slightest hint of diesel here, yet this may just be a bit of residual reduction. It graces the palate with silky textures carrying ripe, yet wonderfully pure Nebbiolo fruit, offset by brisk acids and spice, with slow-mounting tannins tugging at senses. The finish is long, structured, yet fresh, with a coating of fine tannins under an air of sweet inner florals. I’ll be interested to see how the second half of this bottle performs tomorrow, but even more interested in seeing how it performs after five to ten years in the cellar. Very Nice. — a month ago
Lockdown celeb take 2. Cocoa, liquorice, herbs, vegetal, rather light and short finish. Savoury n some soy sauce. Some hint of tea. Bitter sweet. Eculyptus. Finish rather dull — 5 days ago

Very modern in a change of style for this producer, still a lovely wine and pretty with Yarra red fruits and round fleshy palate. Probably way overs in terms of price but very good new world pinot, fresh and some depth — a month ago
Note perfect pinot, light and drinkable, black fruit. — 9 days ago
Nice easy drinking chardonnay, not overly oaked. Fresher style. — 11 days ago
Really delicious and drinkable. Had with a shrimp and bean stew. Did nicely with the smoke of paprika and acid from lemon — 19 days ago
