Interesting blend. The ‘17 still had a touch too much acidity in ‘23, but I can see it’ll knit nicely as it goes on. Individual wine from a personal vision, meant for the long run. — 3 years ago
Delicious Musar Rose from a young vintage. Complex flavors that really opened up with the decanting recommended by Yannick Benjamin. Great combination with the spice and textures of the Peruvian food at Contento. — 4 years ago
Tør, næsten streng vin med masser af rå solbær i næse og mund. Trods garvesyre og rank krop et meget drikkevenligt glas vin. — 5 years ago
Fresh and clensing nature cuvée — 6 years ago
Alluring yellow fruit and citrus aromas with some minerality that opens to well-balanced and juicy flavors on the tongue. A bit of a bite on the finish. Best served chilled. — 7 years ago
Très grand vin, parfait pour l'apéro, j'en achète régulièrement — 7 years ago
A wonderful Mount Veeder Cab that has aged elegantly.
The nose shows blackcurrant, blackberry, and plum laced with savory notes of cedar, tobacco and dried herbs. The palate is concentrated yet vibrant with silky tannins has firm grip, finishing long with hints of cocoa and espresso.
Restrained power and finesse, Yannick brought both Veeder’s rugged characters and French precision. Last bottle. — 9 months ago
A very nice BdB made in an oxidative style - ripe yellow & red apples, bruised apples, subtle shortbread & brioche, a hint of fresh hazelnuts. Rich, evolved, so nice.
Very fine mousse on the palate, persistent bubbles, beautifully balanced with just a touch of residual sugar adding a nice creaminess on the palate.
This is truly a nice sipping bubbly. — 4 years ago

Truly stunning a secret giant — 7 years ago
100% Syrah. Nice red color with enticing aromas of blackberry and pepper. Broad on the palate with a good balance of tannins, likely at its peak. Quite enjoyable. — 7 years ago
Opened yesterday, drank over 2 days.
The nose is very fruity and intense with dark cherry touches, earthy notes, some raspberry and blackberry scents too. I could even smell some peony notes too. This is really inviting. The palate is wide and long and quite complex. A good acid drive, some dark cherry notes all along, some very soft and easy going mouthfeel that is changing in mid palate with a great tannic wall, which adds a layer of dust over an otherwise quite juicy and fruity finish. In the back-end though, there is a tiny savoury note that pops along with a subtle bitterness. This is really my kind of cab franc. Really good stuff! — 2 years ago
With Yannick. Yay! — 4 years ago
Rich floral summer bouquet on a hot sunny day, tart mealy apples, pears, honeysuckle palate with a lightly prickly finish that has a touch of leathery earth. Really elegant and pretty wine ☀️ — 4 years ago
Juicy, fresh, and delicious with just enough of that peppery note to keep a sense of place. As usual a great rec from Yannick — 5 years ago
Nice to have Yannick making wine that no one else will do. — 6 years ago
A balanced if a bit timid wine that would absolutely shine when enjoyed with a light seafood dish. 100% Marsanne. — 7 years ago
@Mesa in Zurich - the wine has lovely expression of fresh fruits, with pomegranate and cranberry accents, on a slightly spicy background. — 7 years ago

vintage 2016 | Odd experience. With 10 y I thought this to be a perfect wine for my Sunday dinner. When my wife and I tasted it we were making funny faces to each other. Verdict: undrinkable. We put it back in the bottle and I took it to a blind tasting with friends. They appreciated the wine. With 72+ hours air the wine came to life. Nice cab franc characteristics. — 2 months ago
